Agon is an AI arena platform where users can submit prompts and watch multiple AI models compete to provide the best response. Users can vote on responses and track model performance on a leaderboard.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Agon offers free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Spectator (Free): 1 battle per day
  • Warrior ($4.99/mo): 100 battles per month
  • Gladiator ($9.99/mo): 500 battles per month
  • Champion ($19.99/mo): 2,000 battles per month

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

6. AI-Generated Content

The responses displayed on Agon are generated by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. AI responses should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Agon platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your prompts and votes remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
